How Your AI Audit Works
What to expect: Katherine will ask about your workflow, current tech stack (HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.), bottlenecks, and goals.
Typically 10–20 minutes, but you can get as in-depth about your business as you would like. The call is capped at 1-hour (but no AI Audit has ever lasted the full hour).
Our AI Voice Agent, Katherine, will ask you questions about your business goals, KPIs, current tech stack, lead flow, transactions, marketing, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
1) We aren't selling premade automations that may or may not fit your business. We take the time to do the AI Audit because we want to get to know your actual needs. We do a follow-up Goals and Specifications call to make sure that our AI and Automation solutions are custom-tailored to fit your business.
2) Similarly, we understand that learning new tech can be a massive pain that can lead to the new tech not getting used. So, whenever possible, we try to integrate our Automation and AI solutions into our customers' current tech stack.
3) We 100% get high on our own supply. Any time we aren’t working on clients’ Automation and AI solutions, we are working on automating everything we can at The AI Solution Hub. We want Automations and AI to do everything possible in our own company so that our clients can see just how powerful and transformative Automation and AI Integration can be.
4) Our company was developed by businesspeople to help other businesspeople. We aren't a couple of developers trying to sell you a cool thing that we made. We are primarily a consulting company with trusted developers who make, implement, and maintain Automation and AI solutions that help our clients find better efficiencies, higher profits, and, perhaps most valuable of all, more time.
Katherine will email you with a summary of the AI Audit and a list of recommended AI and Automation solutions based on what you tell Katherine about your business. Katherine’s email will also include a link to an online form with estimates of setup and maintenance fees.
Once you have reviewed the suggested AI and Automation solutions, you use the form to pick and prioritize which AI and Automation solutions you would like to have us implement for you.
We will email you with a contract and an invoice for 50% of the setup fee for your top-priority AI and/or Automation solution.
Once you have signed the contract and paid the invoice, you will have a follow-up call with Katherine to discuss your exact goals and specifications for your top-priority AI and/or Automation solution.
One of our developers will get to work on implementing your top-priority AI and/or Automation solution. The developer will likely reach out with questions a couple of times throughout the development process. For example: to request necessary login credentials for your current tech stack that they are integrating into the AI and/or Automation solution they are working on for you.
Once the developers are done, you pay the remaining 50% of the setup fee, start paying maintenance fees, and start enjoying your top-priority AI and/or Automation solution!
If you selected more than one AI and/or Automation solution, we start the process of developing your next AI and/or Automation solution by sending over an invoice for 50% of the setup fee, you have another goals and specifications call with Katherine, etc.
We try to make the AI and Automation solutions as tailored to your business as we can, so it really depends on what you tell Katherine about your business in the AI Audit.
Some of our personal favorite AI Automation solutions are AI Personal Assistants which can make calls to schedule appointments and update your calendar, automatically draft email replies, automatically research and draft social media posts, etc. They are a fraction of the cost of hiring human personal assistants, they work 24 hours a day, never call-in sick, can complete projects in seconds/minutes instead of hours/days… they are incredibly useful!

Nope! Katherine will ask you questions that should cover just about every aspect of your business. However, if you already know about any bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or have any ideas for processes that you would like automated, feel free to let Katherine know!
Yes. You can hang up any time. Katherine will send a summary and any AI and Automation suggestions based on whatever you discussed before ending the call.
